Easycarport Structural Warranty and Maintenance Policy
Warranty Coverage:
Standard Portable Carports (Wrapped Roof and Vertical Roof Carports):
- Wrapped Roof Carports: 1-Year Limited Warranty*
- Vertical Roof Carports: 5-Year Limited Warranty
Engineer-Certified Carports (if explicitly marked): 15-Year Limited Warranty
All Easycarport products come with a comprehensive structural warranty, with the warranty period varying depending on the specific product as listed above.
Note: Warranty coverage is significantly reduced if the carport is located within 10 kilometers of the coastline, measured in a straight line.
Warranty Exclusions:

Normal Wear and Tear:
Weathering, chalking, and fading of the sheeting due to normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty. -
Accidents and Misuse:
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper assembly, or failure to follow the installation instructions is excluded. -
Maintenance and Ownership Changes:
Damage resulting from lack of maintenance or changes in ownership is not covered. -
Environmental Factors:
The warranty is significantly reduced if the carport is installed near saltwater or in areas prone to cyclones or severe weather conditions. -
Improper Storage After Delivery:
Failure to store the product in a dry, ventilated, and rain-free area after delivery may void the warranty.
Damage to the sheeting which may render the warranty void include:

Mechanical, Chemical, or Corrosion Damage:
Any damage sustained during transport, handling, storage, erection, or after erection. -
Chemical Exposure:
Damage caused by chemical agents, fumes, liquids (including weedkillers), or solids (other than direct rain) coming into contact with the product. -
Contact with Harmful Substances:
Damage caused by contact with materials such as concrete, mortar, bitumen, soils, ashes, fertilizers, or moisture-retaining substances.
Maintenance Requirements:

General Maintenance:
Carports require minimal maintenance, such as occasional cleaning and inspection for structural and roofing damage. -
Warranty and Maintenance:
Neglecting recommended maintenance may damage the carport and reduce its lifespan. Failure to perform proper maintenance may void the warranty.
Warranty Claims Procedure:
To make a warranty claim, consumers must:

Written Notice:
Contact Easycarport in writing, detailing the nature of the defect or damage. -
Proof of Purchase:
Retain and present proof of purchase for any warranty claims. -
Installation Compliance:
Ensure the product is installed according to Easycarport’s published installation guidelines. Proper anchoring, especially with concrete fixings, is essential. -
Location Compliance:
Ensure the installation site is more than 10 kilometers from marine or industrial environments.
Limitations of Liability:
Under this warranty, Easycarport does not cover:
- The cost of replacing the product.
- The cost of obtaining an equivalent product.
- The cost of repairing the product.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise as Engineer-Certified Carports, all products are considered Standard Portable Carports.
