EasyCarport – Returns Policy
1. WHAT Can Be Returned?
- Transport Damage & Missing Parts:
- All our products are inspected before dispatch. Please check all parts against the packing list, and any damage in transit or missing parts must be reported via email with photos within 72 hours after sign on arrival. Viable solutions will be discussed to resolve the issues.
- Product Not Suitable / Change of Mind Returns:
- If the product purchased does not fit your application or you wish to return it due to a change of mind, the claim must be reported within 7 business days after sign on arrival.
- All returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging intact and suitable for resale.
- The buyer is responsible for return freight costs.
- An up to 10% restocking fee will apply to such returns.
2. WHERE Do Items Need To Be Returned To?
- The return address is: 141 Ingram Rd, Acacia Ridge, QLD 4110.
- Return by courier or in person is accepted.
- Our trading hours are Monday-Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
3. HOW Do Customers Return Items?
- Please obtain return authorization and specific instructions from us prior to returning any items.
- You must present your original proof of purchase (e.g., Receipt, Invoice, etc.) when claiming returns.
4. CREDIT For Returns?
- Refunds will be issued in the way the original payment was made, within 3 business days of the returned goods being received and inspected. For example, if the payment was made by PayPal, the refund will be issued via PayPal.
