Warranty Coverage Summary
– For DIY Shelter Kits: We provide a 3-Year Perforation Warranty against rust-through on frame and roofing panels, plus a 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty on all other parts. This is subject to our Limited Coastal Warranty and maintenance requirements.
– For Engineer-Certified Carports: These models are covered by a specific Structural Warranty for up to 15 years, as detailed in your sales contract.
What Is Not Covered (Exclusions)
- Damage from incorrect installation, improper anchoring, or failure to follow the manual.
- Damage from extreme weather, Acts of God, or any use outside the product’s design limitations.
- Accidental damage, misuse, or a lack of reasonable maintenance.
- Surface rust or normal wear and tear, including natural colour fading.
